Estimator - Commercial Construction ProjectsAbout the Company & Role of EstimatorAn opportunity for an experienced Estimator has become available with a well respected Construction Company, who are involved in Commercial refurbishment, Hospitality & Retail, Large Global Financial Banks
Reporting to the Company Director you will be responsible for ensuring accurate estimates of total costs, preparation of BoQ's, maintaining accurate prices in the estimating system, prepare and send quotes and investigate invoices that have exceeded work orders.
If you come from a Construction or Building background and have strong estimating skills working within the Commercial or residential market.
Requirements for the Estimator in Commercial ConstructionIdeally have a minimum of 3 years experience in Estimating within the Commercial construction sector
Ability to interpret building plans & specifications
Experience Estimating on Retail, Hospitality, Commercial projects up to $10m+
Qualification in Building & Construction / Quantity Surveying or Trade Certificate
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Project for programming & Bluebeam exp is desirable
