Contracts Administrator

About the Company: Our client is a Top Tier Commercial Specialist
 

About the Role of the Contracts Administrator: 

The Contract administrator's primary function is to provide clients with first class contract services.


Main Duties for Contract Administrator:

  • Measuring and describing the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors and clients
  • Must be able to design a full sub-contractors contract 
  • Must have experience in dealing principal contractors
  • Preparing and using detailed budgets and cost plans
  • Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts
  • Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
  • Preparing and presentation of financial control
  
Successful Contract Administrator must have:
  • Proven experience in Cost Management, Contract administration or QS role.
  • Must of Industrial projects background
  • Tertiary qualified: Minimum Associate Diploma (engineering or Quantity surveying) or minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work)
  • Proven skills in dispute resolution and negotiation.
